Reduced-intensity chemotherapy and PET-guided radiotherapy in patients with advanced stage Hodgkin's lymphoma (HD15 trial): a randomized, open label, phase 3 non-inferiority trial.

Fragestellung

 Kann die Therapieintensität beim fortgeschrittenen Hodgkin-Lymphom gegenüber 8x BEACOPP esc. reduzieren?

Ergebnis

 6x BEACOPP esc führte zu einer höheren Überlebensrate gegenüber 8x BEACOPP esc. Der Vorteil beruhte vor allem auf einer Reduktion von therapiebedingten Ereignissen.
