Epidemiologie	Häufigste Form des Bronchial - Karzinoms.
Prognose	Stadium 3, nicht resektabel: unadjusted 5a-PFS 17,9 %. 5a-OS 30.0 % (1)	Rezidiv
Metastasierung	Knochenmetastasen, Lymphknotenmetastasen Lymphknoten-Level, Hirn-Metastasen
Staging	TNM-Klassifikation nach UICC / AJCC 7 (2009). Gilt für SCLC, NSCLC und bronchopulmonale Karzinoide.
Diagnostik	Adenokarzinom des rechten Lungenoberlappens mit Einbruch und Blutung in die Trachea.
