CORAL

 Eine Rituximab-Therapie nach Chemotherapie und ASCT das Behandlungsergebnis bei rezidiviertem oder progredienten DLBCL nicht.
MInT

Mit 6x CHOP + Rituximab wird ein signifikant längeres rezidivfreies Überleben erzielt als mit 6x CHOP allein.

Die Abnahme der Herzfunktion war im CPOP signifikant geringer als im CHOP-Arm.

Nach 3 Jahren lag die Gesamtüberlebensrate der CPOP Patienten bei 66%, der CHOP-Patienten bei 85%.

Unterlegenheit des experimentellen Arms

Studie mit 124 Patienten abgebrochen.
